On 6th Sept 2017, Reszon Diganostics International Sdn Bhd (Reszon) was honored to host a prestigious visit for officers from the Ministry of Defence, Malaysia (MINDEF). Officers from 2 main wings of MINDEF i.e. the Malaysian Army and the Royal Malaysian Navy were taken a tour around our manufacturing facility, especially the production line of urine drug tests.
Throughout the factory visit, we explained different processes that involved in our manufacturing line and demonstrated how each process was tightly regulated to ensure production of diagnostic tests meet the highest quality standards in accordance to ISO 138485 quality management system.
“We are delighted to conduct such factory tour as it is a good opportunity for the end-users to understand more about our products and how the products being manufactured under stringent quality management system. It’s also a good experience to gather customer feedback and their needs as part of our continuous product development and improvement practice,” says Business Manager of Reszon.
